  • Guidance on wardrobe, posing, expressions, lighting, and background options—plus professional retouching that looks natural and authentic.

  • Yes. Many clients feel that way at first—my process is relaxed, directive, and designed to get confident, authentic expressions fast.

  • Headshots may be performed at ImageWerkx Studios in Lanham, MD, Alternatively, photo sessions may be performed on-location. at your office, a chosen indoor/outdoor spot, or other controlled setup depending on the desired look and volume.

  • Most individuals take less than ½ hour depending on looks, wardrobe changes, etc. For larger groups/teams, we’ll schedule in blocks. While expediency is important, the emphasis is always on getting the desired look.

  • Yes. We can do multiple outfits, background swaps, or environmental portraits for leadership/branding use. Corporate-standard colors, or backgrounds may also be used. 

  • Professional but realistic: skin cleanup, flyaways, minor distractions—without making anyone look “plastic” and allowing your authentic self shine through.

  • Either on-site with quick previews or after the session via an online gallery for easy selection.

  • Yes—consistent framing, lighting, and color across your team photos is one of the biggest upgrades for websites and proposals.
