FAQs
-
ImageWerkx photographs/videos and creates content for commercial and residential real estate, construction and job sites, manufacturing/industrial operations, professional services, hospitality, corporate events, and brand/product needs—both on-location and with controlled lighting when appropriate.
-
We start with a quick discovery call and a shot list aligned to your priorities (people, processes, facility, equipment, leadership, details). Timing is coordinated around shift changes, safety briefings, and access restrictions so that the shoot is performed efficiently and stay out of your team’s way.
-
Yes. If you have a safety orientation, PPE requirements, escort rules, or restricted zones, it’ll be strictly followed. Specific documentation (COI, waivers, badges), can be accommodated with advance notice.
-
A point of contact, site access plan, shot priorities, any “must-capture” people/areas, brand guidelines (if applicable), and any restrictions (no-photography zones, proprietary equipment, client privacy). For construction: plans/renderings and key milestones help a lot.
-
Most projects are quoted based on scope and deliverables (time on-site, number of final images/videos, complexity, and usage needs). That keeps it predictable and aligned with what you actually need as well as budgets —rather than guessing hourly totals.
-
Every delivered image gets professional color/contrast work, consistency across the set, and basic cleanup. Advanced retouching (heavy object removal, compositing, extensive glass glare fixes, etc.) is available when needed and quoted based on complexity.
-
Yes. The contract/quote will include the specific usage you need—website, social, brochures, proposals, trade shows, recruiting, and paid ads. If your campaign expands later, licensing can be extended without re-shooting.
-
Absolutely. Many corporate/commercial clients benefit from an ongoing content plan—recurring shoots that build a consistent image library for recruiting, PR, proposals, web refreshes, and social. Retainers are available for scheduled reoccurring productions.
-
Most corporate/commercial galleries delivered in 5–10 business days, depending on scope and volume. For time-sensitive needs (announcements, PR, groundbreakings), delivery of a small “priority” set within 24–72 hours can often be accommodated.
